A cleaning schedule to suit all budgets which can be carried out on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, to suit. One off cleans or platinum cleans can also be arranged outside of our regular working hours if required.
Our regular working hours are 09.00-16.00 Mon-Fri.
The following is just a guideline which will be tailored to your individual needs. We offer a free, no obligation consultation, just call or email us to arrange this. We will provide basic cleaning equipment such as cloths, kitchen towel, sponges and buckets. These are all either disposable or used only for 1 household prior to washing at 60 degrees, and separate cloths are used in each area of the home. We also supply cleaning detergents for kitchen/bathroom and disinfectant/bleach. We use environmentally friendly products where possible, but do use some cleaners which are not as they can be more effective. If you prefer that we use your own products, for example due to allergy, then please let us know.
We will use the client’s equipment including mops and vacuum cleaner. If these will not be available, please let us know before quoting. It is essential that there is electricity and running water available throughout the property at the agreed time of the clean.
At the end of the clean we will leave any of the clients dirty items such as mop heads for the client to wash prior to their next use (unless agreed otherwise).
Bronze:
Wipe down surfaces and vacuum/sweep and mop floors in kitchen and main and ensuite bathroom facilities, including sinks, showers, baths and toilets.
Silver:
Includes Bronze items, plus dust and vacuum other living areas, including hallways, landings, stairs and bedrooms, and dusting of window cills.
Gold:
Includes Bronze and Silver items above, plus cleaning edges of floors, moving furniture (where possible), vacuuming chair/sofa cushions and dusting of skirting boards and door frames/pictures.
Platinum – our Premium clean (often selected as one off and then followed by a weekly or bi-weekly option above):
Includes Bronze, Silver and Gold items above, plus cleaning external kitchen and bathroom cupboards, cleaning internal bins, cleaning blind and shutter slats and window area behind, washing window cills, skirting boards and door frames, cleaning radiators and behind (where accessible), cobweb removal, dusting light fittings and fans. Appropriate cleaning of other items as could be ordinarily expected of a platinum home clean. Please note that this service is different to a home “deep clean” which some other companies provide and they will incorporate some of the exclusions below.
Add on Optional Extras:
- Washing and drying using client’s own facilities;
- Changing bedding;
- Interiors of outbuildings including garages;
- Large amounts of washing up or loading/unloading the dishwasher;
- Interior of kitchen and bathroom cupboards;
- Internal windows and frames
- Anything else you can think of !
Exclusions:
We are not able to offer specialist cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Ovens/cookers/cooker hoods/hobs;
- Rugs/carpets/upholstery (these can of course be vacuumed by us);
- Windows/doors/frames;
- Specialist collections/valuable items (we are happy to clean the surface if the client removes the items;
- High level cleaning (we can clean up to where we can safely reach using a step);
- Ironing (although we would be happy to do a few items whilst at your home).
- We do not offer any outside/external cleaning.
